Band Camp

It is not fair to say I have only just discovered bandcamp but I have only recently used it as a source for new material per se. I thought it would be good to have a page to highlight downloads away from being buried in the main text. Those listed below have for the most part have material available on a name your price basis which at least leaves everyone being open and honest about it and to be fair there have been lots of free and cost price samplers around over the years. I just think if you like it you should buy something proper from them or at least have the decency to tell them what you think.

The Cage

The Attrition studio have put out a couple of pay what you want samplers highlighting some of the acts through their doors. Well worth checking out.

Spirit Goth 2016 Compilation

Another pay as you want comp which has a mixture of soft Goth and more indie offerings. Reminds me more of the brilliant Emo Diaries compilations than What Sweet Music We Make so only a handful of the bands contained within are likely to make it into the pages proper but i fully recommend you check it out anyway

Projekt Records

Projekt one of my favourite recent Goth labels who have picked up several of my favourite acts of late albeit generally of the American swhirly dark shoegaze variety are a bit maverick in that rather than just making compilations available as an opportunity to sell albums actually make some full length single act releases available.
